We want you to love your floral arrangements, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all stems and vases remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original shipping box to prevent damage to delicate petals or glass during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
